It is best to use a 1/4 wavelength antenna. The antenna has a great impact on the receiving capability of the module. For 315MHz model, the length of the antenna is about 23cm while for the 433MHz model, the antenna length is about 17cm. The position of the antenna also affects the receiving range of the module. When installing, the antenna should be extended as much as possible and be away from shield and in places with high pressure and interference.
